Have technology questions?
The Systems Department of the Rudolph Matas Library supports the technology needs of the staff and users of the library. We support and maintain the library's public access computers, scanners, printers, and associated systems. We welcome walk-in tech support questions from 8-6 Monday-Friday, our office is located in room 2502 near the hallway to the upper stacks. Tulane Technology Services
Technology Services is responsible for supporting the technology needs of the entire university. The support system they use begins with a single point of contact for all support, the Help Desk. For assistance, users call the Tulane Help Desk at 8888 on the Uptown Campus, 8-8888 on the Health Sciences Center campus or off-campus at 1-866-276-1428 or visit Tulane HelpU 24.7 web page to request support.
