UPDATE (8/3/2020): Matas library space is OPEN

Thursday, March 12, 2020 - 14:00

Rudolph Matas Library will reopen for downtown program affiliates on Monday, August 3 at 9:00 AM.  During this initial reopening phase, both hours and access will be reduced.  The Mezzanine level will be closed and seating will be limited.  The computer lab (Mezzanine) will only be available for examinations scheduled through the School of Medicine.  The main entrance doors will be closed; users should enter through the side (24 hour) access doors.
Working with Campus Services and JS Held staff, we hope to begin extending hours and capacity later in August.
9:00 AM-4:45 PM, Monday-Friday
• Everyone entering the library must have a mask or other face covering and wear it during their time in all library spaces
• We ask that users not bring or consume food and drink in the library to help with mask wearing protocols.
• All users will need to have their Tulane ID (Splashcard) with them to enter; entrance will be via the 24-hour (side) access door.
